Multiattack. The athach makes two heavy mace attacks or (when available) tricky!

Heavy Mace. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10ft., one target.
Hit: 30 (6d6 + 9) bludgeoning damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 10ft., one target.
Hit: 14 (1d10 + 9) piercing damage plus 6 (2d6) poison damage.

Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target.
Hit: 35 (4d12 + 9) bludgeoning damage.

Tricky! (1/day, natural odd number). Bogwart pulls three fuzzy objects from his bag of tricks and flings them into combat.

Swift Claw. As a reaction to being hit in melee the athach may counter attack with its claw attack.

Brogwort’s favorite toy, a tan bag of tricks (DMG pg. 154), lies among the tangle of his furs. If he hears PCs approaching, he uses the bag in combat, but if he’s surprised, he doesn’t take the time to dig it up.

This giant’s maw contains a pair of dripping tusks, but it is its gangly third arm that makes its appearance truly bizarre.
