Innate Spellcasting (Psionics). The githyanki hyekka mistress’s innate spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components:
- At will: mage hand (the hand is invisible)
- 3/day each: jump, misty step, nondetection (self only)
- 1/day each: plane shift, telekinesis
Multiattack. The githyanki hyekka mistress uses call hyekka and then makes two sheev attacks or one ignis attack.
Sheev. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 5 (1d4 + 3) radiant damage, plus 18 (4d8) psychic damage.
Ignis. Range Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 15 ft., up to three targets.
Hit: 13 (3d6 + 3) fire damage, plus 18 (4d8) psychic damage.
Fire Bomb (Recharge 6). The githyanki hyekka mistress chooses a point on the ground that she can see within 50 feet of her. A 5-foot radius sphere of fire explodes at that point doing 21 (4d8 + 3) fire damage to all creatures in the area on a failed DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, or half as much on a success. The area remains on fire for 1 minute or until the githyanki hyekka mistress uses this attack again. Any creature that ends its turn in the burning area automatically takes 9 (2d8) fire damage.
Call Hyekka. A hyekka is a trained furless big cat that the githyanki are known to use on hunts and to keep non-githyanki subject races in check. The githyanki hyekka mistress can have no more than two active hyekkas at a time. With a cackle of glee, the hyekka mistress can use this ability to summon a single hyekka (treat as a tiger) from the astral in an adjacent square to the summoner. The hyekka acts immediately on the turn after the githyanki hyekka mistress acts as an ally of its summoner and remains until it dies, or until its summoner dismisses it as an action.
Shiv! The githyanki hyekka mistress can use her sheev attack option as a reaction against a melee attacker who has just has hit her (or attempted to and missed).
