githyanki gish warmaster

In the process of converting Scales of War.  I’ll be starting my campaign from Garaitha’s Anvil – the 12th adventure in the series – skipping most of the build-up adventures as I have characters who are coming of Tomb of Annihilation and are level 14. 

Ω Edit: Decision by my group to do a gothic horror campaign so will not be using these creatures… yet (I’m sure I’ll find a use for these guys).  Other conversions will be incoming pending the kickoff of my Bloodborne/Steam Punk inspired campaign later this year.

Astral Stride. As a move action the githyanki gish warmaster teleports 30 feet and becomes insubstantial gaining resistance to all damage until the start of its next turn.

Innate Spellcasting (Psionics). The githyanki gish warmaster’s innate spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components:

At will: mage hand (the hand is invisible)
3/day each: jumpmisty stepnondetection (self only)
1/day each: plane shifttelekinesis

Spellcasting. The githyanki gish warmaster is the 8th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). The githyanki has the following wizard spells prepared:

War Magic. When the githyanki uses its action to cast a spell, it can make one weapon attack as a bonus action.

ACTIONS
Multiattack. The githyanki gish warmaster makes two longsword attacks. If these two attacks hit two different targets the damage of each attack is increased by 4 (1d8) slashing damage.

Silver Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) slashing damage, or 8 (1d10 + 3) slashing damage if used with two hands, plus 18 (4d8) psychic damage.

Astral Storm (1/day).The githyanki gish warmaster makes four silver longsword attacks, no more than two of them against a single target. If all four attacks hit each target takes an additional 9 (2d8) radiant damage.

Astral Lightning (Recharge 6).The githyanki gish warmaster chooses a point on the ground that he can see within 50 feet of him. A 10-foot radius cylinder of lightning appears at that point doing 21 (4d8 + 3) lightning damage to all creatures in the area on a failed DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, or half as much on a success.
